We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the strategy, planning and execution of marketing actions for a variety of products, services and solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with key internal teams to plan and execute all marketing initiatives for assigned products with paid media, synergy campaigns, email activities, partnership marketing, and asset creation. You will report directly to our Director of Marketing and Communications. Job responsibilities for this position include: • Work closely with our product experts to ensure goals, priorities, positioning, and plans are aligned • Provide product marketing guidance to our product development teams and sales teams • Develop and execute fully-integrated marketing strategies for all assigned products • Create and oversee production of sales and marketing materials (incl. sales brochures, online and video tutorials, demo scripts, and all other relevant materials for product launch and sustainment) • Measure and track the effectiveness of the marketing actions with a clear ROI • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns to regularly identify areas for optimization • Research and benchmark competitors and provide recommendations to our management • Lead the implementation of channel marketing actions in specific territories • Manage and be held accountable for contractors, vendors, production schedules, and budgets • Work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks with competing priorities • Maintain and update products, services and solutions information on websites • Be an active and contributing member in our team’s creative think tank Qualifications: • Minimum of five years’ experience in product marketing • Bachelor’s degree-level education or equivalent professional experience • Fluent English is essential and at least one other European language skill desirable • Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective marketing campaigns • Well-organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively communicate and "sell" strategies to cross-functional teams • Communicate effectively: listen, give clear direction verbally and have strong writing skills • Solve unforeseen situations as they arise in a calm manner • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Internet platforms • Flexible, agreeable, and a team player
